NeoGenix ONLY offers autologous stem cell and PRP treatments from your own body. We take stem cells from your bone marrow and/or your adipose (fat) tissue or platelets and/or A2M from your blood. That is it. If you are looking for off the shelf donor tissue products that are illegal, according to the FDA, in the United States, we suggest you look to Mexico, the Islands or overseas at clinics like the ones Joe Rogan and Tony Robbins always talk about. Just be prepared to pay between $20,000-$30,000 for treatment and make sure they explain to you exactly what they are putting in your body and where they are sourcing it from.

Step 2 The Initial Phone Call

During the initial phone call, first a foremost, we want to learn more about your condition. How long have you been dealing with your injury/pain? Do you already have a diagnosis? What treatments have you tried already? We will also give an overview of how each of our treatments work, what the recovery time is and when you can start to expect to see results. If at this point, if we have determined that you may be a good candidate for stem cell treatment, we will ask you to send us your current imaging (xray and/or MRI) of your area(s) of complaint for our doctors to review.
Step 3 Phone Call with one of our Doctors
Once we have received your current imaging (x-ray for MRI), we will contact you to set up a phone consultation with one of our doctors. Here the conservation will be more about diagnosis, symptoms and treatment goals. If our doctor determines you are a good candidate for treatment, he will discuss with you what a treatment plan would look like, what the logistics would look like for you to travel to Charlotte to be treated at NeoGenix and what the associated costs would be. It is important to remember that our doctors can qualify you over the phone, however no treatment is official until you come to the actual clinic and meet with the treating physician for an evaluation and examination.
Step 4 Treatment and Logistics
NeoGenix protocols typically involved 3 injections: a prep shot to calm the injured area down, the actual treatment of stem cells, and a booster injection of PRP. After the initial prep injection, you must wait at least 2 days before your stem cell treatment, so for example, a patient will come in on a Friday for their consultation and prep injections and then have their main procedure done on the following Monday. This would also work with the consultation and prep injections on a Tuesday and then the main procedure on a Friday, etc. Some of our procedures may not require prep injections. We have hotel accommodations for your convenience and are located about 25 minutes from the Charlotte Airport.
We would then need to see you back 2-3 months after your stem cells for a booster injection of PRP. All in all, you will have to make 2 trips to Charlotte to complete your protocol. To off set the cost of your travel, we always offer a $500 travel voucher off of your total treatment cost to offset travel accommodation.
