What To Expect?

Thank you for trusting NeoGenix by setting up your initial consultation. We understand there are many treatment options out there and we appreciate you giving us your trust and time to determine if you are a candidate for one of our regenerative medicine treatment protocols.

From the moment you walk through our doors, you are greeted with a warm, friendly welcome, including an offer of a beverage or snack to make you feel relaxed and at home.

• Fill out a few pages of paperwork.
• The medical assistant will take you back to one of our exam rooms and take your vital signs.
• You will meet with our director of patient care so we can learn more about your condition, what activities of daily living you can or cannot do because of your condition and what are your goals of your visit today.
• You will meet with Dr. James Altizer or one of his experienced physicians.

Our experienced physicians will perform a physical and medical examination of your areas of complaint, conduct a full medical history to make sure you are healthy enough or there are no contraindications to having a regenerative medicine procedure, and review your recent xrays or MRI to determine the severity or your condition. In many cases, an ultrasound examination will also be performed to examine soft tissue injuries.

If Dr. Altizer or one of his experienced physicians determines you are a candidate for one of our regenerative medicine protocols, you will again meet with our director of patient care to explain the recommended protocol.

Our goal is to guide you through your recommend treatment protocol with the intention of improving your quality of life with the highest level of skill, care, and compassion. In addition, we will review the financial breakdown of your protocol and discuss payment options, so your procedure is affordable and meets your budget.

As a patient of NeoGenix, you will become part of our family and we will do everything in our power to make sure you maximize your results, and you have the best experience possible.

• You will have personal access to our medical team. Dr. Altizer and his team of experienced physicians will provide you with their personal contact information and they will personally contact you the day after every procedure to make sure you are doing well.
• You will have 24 hour access to our team. If you call and leave a message or send us a text, no matter how late, one of our team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
• You will understand pre and post treatment instructions to maximize the success of treatment.
• Your treatment protocol and financial obligations will be carefully explained to you so you will be well informed and education before you make any decisions

After your initial consultation, if Dr. Altizer and his team of experienced physicians thinks you are candidate for one of our treatment protocols, in many cases you can do your prep injections before your regenerative medicine injections that same day, depending on time, availability and what time of treatment you are having done. We will always do our best to accommodate patients that drove a long way to our office.
