Why Choose NeoGenix

At NeoGenix, we can’t help everyone, and we know that.

In the field of regenerative medicine, there is no nationally recognized playbook. Unlike surgery, where there are widely accepted industry standards on how to perform a total knee replacement, for example, there are no industry standard rules on how to perform a PRP, bone marrow aspirate, or adipose (fat) tissue procedures in a knee.

Therefore, inexperienced regenerative medicine clinics most of the time are unsure of what treatment to offer, what dose of platelets or stem cells should be used, and without guided imaging, are guessing on where they are injecting the stem cells or PRP.

With over 6000+ regenerative medicine procedures performed by NeoGenix doctors, we have successfully narrowed down a playbook. We first rule out the conditions we are unable to treat that we know from experience do not respond well to stem cell or PRP therapy. In addition, our experience has given us tested and proven protocols to offer our patients, depending on the severity of the area of the body being treated, that we know will most likely respond to treatment. All our injections are performed with fluoroscopic and/or ultrasound guidance, so we know exactly where to put the stem cells or PRP.

Why Choose NeoGenix for stem cell therapy

NeoGenix has become the most trusted stem cell clinic in the Carolinas because we do things the right way, every day. You will get a realistic assessment of whether or not we believe we can help you. We will not offer false hope with guarantees or high-pressure sales tactics. If our Medical Doctors do not think they can help you, they will be the first to tell you.

Through our experience, we know when to treat and more importantly when NOT to treat

What to expect at your initial free consultation

Meet with Dr. Altizer at NeoGenix Stem Cell & Regenerative Therapies in Charlotte NC

Choosing the right health care provider is a very important decision, especially when it comes to regenerative medicine.

We touched on this above when talking about the lack of experience that most stem cell and PRP providers have, creating more uncertainty and therefore putting the positive outcome of a procedure at risk.

When you first inquire about treatment at NeoGenix, whether it be through a phone call, email or filling out a form on our website, we first want to learn about you and your condition. In addition, we are happy to answer any questions you may have about regenerative medicine, including how it works, how long does it take to see results, and associated costs of doing a procedure. Once we learn more about you and your questions have been answered, we will welcome you to schedule a free consultation if we believe that you may be a candidate for stem cell or PRP therapy.

At your initial consultation, you will be evaluated to see if you are a candidate for stem cell or PRP therapy by one of our board-certified medical doctors and their team. In addition to our team answering any questions or concerns you may have about stem cell or PRP therapy.

There are 3 main things will occur during your consultation:

A complete medical history to determine if there are any health complications that may prevent you from having PRP or stem cell treatment.

A physical examination of your area(s) of complaint to help determine an accurate diagnosis.

A review of your imaging to see if your condition is something our medical doctors believe can be treated successfully with PRP or stem cell therapy. If you already have x-rays or an MRI, bring them with you to the appointment. If you have no imaging, we can take an x-ray and/or do an ultrasound exam when you come to the clinic. If the doctor determines an MRI is required before we can make a treatment recommendation, then we will take the steps to order you an MRI.

If our doctors do not believe you will have a successful outcome from stem cell or PRP treatment, they will refer you to surgery or to a provider better suited to help you with your condition. If our doctors do feel like you would benefit from stem cell or PRP treatment, they will present you with a treatment plan, go over associated costs of the plan, and then it is up to you to decide if you would like to move forward with treatment or not.
